David Austin MBA is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business customer relations and development. Currently serving as the Business Customer Relations Manager at Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water since April 2011, David manages relationships with approximately 600 large commercial companies, demonstrating expertise in project management, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Prior to this role, David gained valuable experience as a Business Development Executive at the University of Glamorgan from November 2005 to April 2011, and as a Team Manager at Friday-Ad Ltd from 2003 to 2005. David holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a BA Hons in Philosophy from Swansea University.
