Udaya Kumar B Naik is an experienced operations and continuous improvement manager with a strong background in managing teams, training, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Currently serving as a Manager in Operations & Continuous Improvement at IBM since January 2022, Udaya oversees hiring, training, and query resolution while advocating for Agile processes in master data management (MDM).
