Marycarol "MC" McBain has held various executive roles at IBM since November 2002, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Development and previously as Vice-President & Compliance Counsel, overseeing Global Compliance Programs and reporting to the Chief Trust and Compliance Officer. McBain also held the position of Vice President for Global Alliances & Global Contract Development, managing a global team responsible for contract development across IBM's brands and supporting acquisition integrations. Earlier roles included Director of New Ventures and Alliances, focused on negotiating industry solution agreements. Additionally, McBain was a Board Member and Secretary at IACCM from 2009 to 2015. McBain earned a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA in Sociology from Bates College.
