Bill Hoch is an experienced Delivery Manager at IBM, with a tenure starting in February 1991. Currently, Bill oversees Application Runtimes and Frameworks and serves as a Scrum Master for Node. Since May 2012, Bill has managed a development engineering team focused on release builds and testing for WebSphere Hypervisor Edition images across various cloud platforms, in addition to handling HR responsibilities. Previous roles at IBM include Test Lead, where Bill led multiple projects on scheduling, test planning, and defect resolution, and Level 2 and 2.5/3 support for IBM OS/2 LAN Server, addressing customer defects and providing training. Prior to IBM, Bill served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from February 1978 to October 1986.
