Kelly Jarvis Baltes is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse educational and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dwight-Englewood School since October 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Global Director of Human Resources at Dwight School, where involvement in a Global Leadership team facilitated operational strategy implementation across various international campuses. Prior to this role, Kelly served as the Human Resources Director for OneSchool Global North America, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple countries. Experience also includes a substantial tenure as Managing Director at Swan HR Consulting, providing advisory services in talent management and HR policy implementation, and as Director of Human Resources at Radvision, managing HR for the Americas. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.
