Chuck Gritton has over 40 years of work experience in the technology industry. Chuck began their career at Bell Labs, where they developed signal processing algorithms and designed ASIC devices. Chuck also managed the development of echo canceller products and led international standards efforts for echo cancellation.
From 1994 to 1998, Gritton worked at Coherent Communications as the CTO, where they defined technical and product strategy and oversaw the development of various products, including video conferencing systems and digital echo cancellers.
Chuck then joined Tellabs as the CTO, where they defined the technology roadmap and vision and developed signal processing algorithms and software. Gritton also executed the divisional patent strategy and competitive assessments.

During this time, the division focused on sensor-based products and services for consumer products and explored applications of motion sensing in the expanding Internet of Things (IoT).
In 2018, Gritton joined Dwellwell Analytics, Inc. as the CTO.
