Russell is a polymath with a focus on UX Design and Digital Tech. As a multipotentialite and innovator, he brings knowledge of design, tech, marketing, e-commerce, gamification, and multimedia/new media arts. Russell, who earned a BFA in New Media Design & Imaging from RIT, worked as a New Media Designer / Developer at the University of Rochester, co-founded EXP Studioā„  and the game ChosenFateā„¢, and worked as a visual arts freelancer and talent mentor before joining Dwaiter.
