Andy brings an Organizational Management and Project Management background to his Director of Operations role at Dwaiter. He spent many years as the Director of Project Management at a local marketing company, and the bulk of his career has been on the operations and IT side of a Rochester-based payroll processing company. He is continually looking to optimize efficiency and minimize waste in processes.
