Ainsworth Dave has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the corporate project engineering manager and maintenance manager at D&W Fine Pack since June 1999. Prior to this role, Ainsworth held positions at Lutheran Hospital from 1992 to 1999 in plant and services, and at Deister Machine Company from 1986 to 1992 as parts and service manager as well as an equipment designer. Ainsworth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Institute of Technology, and has a degree in maintenance technology as an Electrician from Ivy Tech Community College. Additionally, Ainsworth is pursuing further education at Grand Rapids Community College since 1984.
