Josiah Nelson is a Corporate Attorney at Dvorak Law Group, LLC, since March 2022, and previously served as a Senior Certified Law Clerk at Nebraska Attorney General's Office from May 2020 to March 2022. Josiah's legal experience includes a role as a Summer Law Clerk at the same office and as a Legal Assistant at Anderson Law Firm from August 2013 to August 2019. Earlier in the career, Josiah worked as a Permit Agent and Marketing Assistant at Trans/Mid-America from April 2011 to August 2013. Academically, Josiah earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Nebraska College of Law between 2019 and 2022 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Bellevue University from 2017 to 2019, with prior studies at Metropolitan Community College from 2015 to 2017.
