David Gaffield has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. David started their career as an Office Administrator/Manager at The Neiman Group from 1994 to 1999. After that, they worked as a Director of Accounting at Nabih Youssef & Associates, Structural Engineers from 1999 to 2001, where they oversaw all accounting functions and collaborated with the management team for profitability analysis. From 2002 to 2005, David served as a Programs Administrator at Aviva Family and Children's Services, managing contract administration and supervision of the medical record department. Then, they joined the San Gabriel Children's Center, Inc. as a Mental Health Financial Director, where they successfully managed contract compliance and revenue department until 2016. In 2016, David became the Director Of Revenue Management at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at D'Veal Family and Youth Services.

David Gaffield obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix between the years 2001 and 2003.
