Mark Bywater is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a significant background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Chief Engineer at Duxton Hotel Perth since June 2019, Mark also holds the position of Maintenance Manager at Rendezvous Grand Hotel since August 2014. Prior roles include Facilities Manager at Knight Frank Australia from July 2013 to May 2014, State Manager at E3 Lighting Pty Ltd from November 2010 to December 2012, and Hotel Maintenance Supervisor at Burswood Entertainment Complex from July 1989 to September 2008, where supervision of maintenance work was conducted for both the Intercontinental Hotel and the Holiday Inn Hotel.
