Jay Earnshaw has extensive experience in the egg procurement and sales industry, having worked at Dutch Farms Inc since 1987 as a product category manager focusing on purchasing and sales of eggs. Additionally, Jay has held a managerial role at Dutch Farms since January 1986, further solidifying expertise in the sector. Jay earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Trinity Christian College, completing studies there from 1982 to 1986.
