Lazar Eli Diamant has over 39 years of experience in the engineering field. In 1983, they began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Eltam Engineering. In 1993, they were promoted to Head of Mechanical Development Department at Elscint Automation (Acquired by GE and Philips). From 1996 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Direx and Initia. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Orbotech-Medical Solutions (Acquired by GE). From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Sensible Medical Innovations Ltd. designing mechanical and electronic packaging for medical equipment that gained FDA approval. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Intel Corporation, developing a precise opto-mechanical sub assembly for a miniature camera. In 2022, they began their current role as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Dusty Robotics, designing and developing robots deployed in the construction industry.

Lazar Eli Diamant completed an Electronic Equipment Packaging Course at IAI, a Software Engineering Course at IBM, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
