Sameer Ali, MBA, currently serves as Chief Strategy & Integration Officer at Durham Community Health Centre and Durham Children's Aid Society. With extensive experience in strategic leadership, Sameer has developed key organizational frameworks, including the Theory of Change and the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan at Durham Community Health Centre. Previously, Sameer held the position of National Vice President, Strategy & Operations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, where transformative initiatives in governance, funding models, and COVID response strategies were implemented. Additionally, Sameer has contributed to academia as a Sessional Instructor at Schulich School of Business. A strong advocate for community engagement, Sameer founded TEDxDonMills, facilitating discussions among prominent thought leaders. Educational qualifications include joint MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and various executive programs from esteemed institutions.
