Ranga Panagoda currently serves as the Manager of Infrastructure and Operations at Durham Community Health Centre, with a focus on developing and executing organizational real estate strategies and enhancing space utilization. Previously held roles include Manager of Facilities and Operations, where Ranga implemented advanced facilities management systems, and Project Consultant at RR Development Consulting, overseeing risk and contract management. Additional experience includes positions at Recon Office Services, Lakeridge Health, and Sri Lankan HIV & AIDS Service Consultant, where Ranga demonstrated strong leadership in operational initiatives and project management. Ranga holds multiple certificates from the University of Toronto in Agile Project Management and Project Management, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science from Ontario Tech University.
