Kristen Klein currently serves as Associate Head of School at Durham Academy, a position held since June 2018, following a tenure as Assistant Head of School. Prior to this, Kristen Klein was with Winchester Thurston School from August 2008 to June 2018, where roles included Director of Upper School, Director of Middle School, Upper School Academic Dean, and Senior Project Coordinator. Earlier experience includes teaching positions at Winchester Thurston School and Bristol Eastern High School. Kristen Klein began a professional career as a Development Associate at the Center for Policy Alternatives and an Associate Recruiter at Search Connection. Educated at Brown University with a MAT in English Literature and Trinity College-Hartford with a BA in Comparative Religion/Near Eastern Studies, Kristen Klein brings a strong academic background to educational leadership.
