Stefanie Perger-Sagerschnig serves as the HR Manager for Projects & Development at durchblicker.at since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Communication & Change Specialist at Erste Group IT, where responsibilities involved leading communication streams and implementing training concepts related to MiFID II and ESMA guidelines. In the capacity of Group Learning & Development Expert at Erste Group Bank AG, contributions were made to the Corporates & Markets College. Previous positions include developing training programs at Österreichische Sparkassenakademie and serving as an HR Consultant focused on diagnostics and assessments at Strametz und Partner GmbH.
