Walter Sprenger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Walter is currently the Vice President of Strategic Cost Management at DuraServ Corporation, where they are responsible for global purchasing, inventory, fleet management, cost controls, and assisting with expense reduction. Prior to this, they served as the Division Vice President at Overhead Door Company of Charlotte, a DuraServ Company, from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Division Vice President at Action Automatic Door and Gate, another DuraServ Company, from 2018 to 2019. From 2005 to 2018, they worked as the President of Action Automatic Door & Gate. Earlier in their career, they held various positions such as Accountant at Teds Sheds Inc, Audit Supervisor at Business-Strategy, Controller at City Signal Fiber Services Inc, and Retail Associate at Meijers.

Walter Sprenger began their education at Kenowa Hills High School, where they completed their diploma in General Studies from 1986 to 1989. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at Grand Valley State University. From 1989 to 1995, Walter studied at Grand Valley State University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Accounting.
