Ramesh Kasetty has been working in the business industry since 1996. Ramesh began their career as a Consultant at the University of Warwick, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at GE Appliances in 1997. In 1998, they joined Trane as a SOX IT/Six Sigma Leader and Program Leader. From 2011-2015, they were Co-Founder of FortunaPIX Inc. and from 2012-2015 they were a Board Member at the Nashville City Club. Ramesh also served as a Board Member for the College of Business at Austin Peay State University from 2015-present. In 2015, they became CEO and Co-Founder of Duranc, Inc.

Ramesh Kasetty obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University between 1986 and 1990. Ramesh then went on to pursue an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick between 1994 and 1995. Finally, they completed their MBA at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management between 2009 and 2011.
