Ryan Dawson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Duquesne University, a position held since January 2016. In this role, Ryan developed a comprehensive strategic plan for the Division of Human Resources, focusing on communication, professional development, HR technology modernization, and service enhancements. Prior experience at Duquesne University includes roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources and Acting Director of Human Resources, where Ryan led major HR functions and expanded programs that received national recognition for promoting diversity.
