Ursula Wandrag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, culture, and behavior. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at dss+ since June 2019, Ursula has developed a program that translates organizational strategic goals into practical KPIs. Previous roles include Manager at AVBOB South Africa, specializing in process and system improvement, and various positions at Proudfoot, where Ursula managed projects, led the People Solutions team for Sub-Saharan Africa, and cultivated early consulting skills. Earlier career experiences include event management at RCA Conferencing Solutions, forensic auditing at Deloitte South Africa, and training as an accountant at KPMG. Ursula holds a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School and a BCom Hons in Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria, along with certification as a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci.
