Rapapasr P has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They started their career as a Senior Acquisition Engineer at Schlumberger, where they supervised the acquisition department and recorded seismic data. After that, they became an Operational Excellence Professional at PTTEP, where they developed risk management KPIs and performed risk assessments.

Rapapasr then transitioned to the role of Senior Asset Manager at BCPG Public Company Limited, where they analyzed performance data for geothermal and wind power plant projects and represented the company in financial and management meetings. They later served as a Vice President of Business Development at Greenovation Energy and Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO), where they conducted feasibility studies, developed financial models, and cultivated relationships with stakeholders.

In 2021, Rapapasr joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Senior Manager. In this role, they led business transformation projects in the energy/power sector, conducted research on energy transition, sustainability, and innovation, and collaborated with the World Economic Forum. Currently, Rapapasr is working as a Senior Manager at "dss+", where they lead complex client engagements and manage a high-performance team.

Throughout their career, Rapapasr has gained expertise in energy/power sector consulting, business development, strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management.

Rapapasar P has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Petroleum Geophysics from Imperial College London, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering at Chulalongkorn University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
