Lilit Ghazaryan has worked as a Project Controller at dss+ since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Coordinator in the International Office at Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf from January 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. (AGSA) from March 2018 to December 2019.
Lilit Ghazaryan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Oriental Studies from Yerevan State University in 2013. In 2010-2011, they also obtained a certificate in Arabic Language and Literature from the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Arabic Speakers. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations at the American University of Armenia from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Lilit Ghazaryan received a certificate in Law and Politics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Lilit has also obtained several certifications, including the Youth Work Trainer certification from Auslandsgesselschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. in 2017, and various project management certifications from Google in 2021. Additionally, Lilit Ghazaryan participated in several programs and events, such as "Share and Care" and "Growing Together in a Changing Climate" under Erasmus+ Youth in Action, and attended a Summer School on Law and Policy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
