Rita C. has extensive experience in product management, operations, and community resource initiatives, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at DUOS since July 2021. Previously, Rita held various roles including Operations Team Lead and Community Resource Specialist at DUOS, and Academic Coach at Teach Play Learn since October 2017. Rita's experience in gerontology includes a position as Project Assistant for the National Institute of Justice COACH Pilot Program at USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and as a Research Facilitator at UCLA Health's Medical Intensive Care Unit. Additional roles include advocacy and research internships, with notable experience at the City of Los Angeles and NYU Langone Medical Center. Rita holds both a Master in Aging Services Management and a B.S. in Human Development and Aging from the University of Southern California, alongside a high school diploma from AGBU Manoogian-Demirdjian School.
