Charlotte Poulain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, project management, and communications within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Directrice adjointe at DUO for a JOB since September 2019, Charlotte coordinates operations in the ÃŽle-de-France region, manages the administrative team, and enhances intergenerational mentoring programs. Previous roles include Operations Director and Program & Data Manager at ONEArmenia, where Charlotte led successful fundraising campaigns and project management initiatives. Additional experience includes co-founding HAYP Pop Up Gallery, working with UNICEF on social planning projects, and roles at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Taddeo. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
