Baptiste Jan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Baptiste is currently the Co-Founder of Reflect, an analytics tool for HR. Prior to that, they co-founded DUNK, a platform for interactive gaming experiences.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Baptiste worked at Theodo as a Web Architect Developer, where they served as a tech lead and coach for web developers. Baptiste also worked as a Web Developer at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Baptiste was a Digital Engineer APAC at Leadmedia Group, where they led a White Label Partnership in Asia Pacific and monitored and optimized Shopbot data feed parsing for multiple countries. Baptiste also served as a Digital Campaign Manager and Business Developer at SteerFox, playing a crucial role in the start-up strategy and fundraising success.

Baptiste's work experience also includes being an Engineering Project Manager at Partenariat Ecole Centrale de Lille/Axone Design and a Google Apps Script Developer/Data Analyst at CCI Nord de France.

Baptiste Jan's education history begins in 2010, when they attended Lycée Descartes in Tours. Baptiste earned their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from this institution in 2013. During their time at Lycée Descartes, Baptiste was enrolled in the Classe Préparatoire MPSI/MP* program.

In 2013, Baptiste enrolled in Centrale Lille and pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering. This prestigious institution is ranked in the top 10 in France. For their Master's degree, Baptiste specialized in E-business & Mobile Computing with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Baptiste completed their studies at Centrale Lille in 2017.
