Clas Thott is the EVP Marketing at Duni AB. Clas has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer / CMO at Duni Group, Head of global marketing function at Duni and responsible for P&L of Duni & BioPak, strategy execution, product portfolio management, branding, web & digital, marketing communication, internal agency, and business development. Reporting to the CEO and member of the Duni management team.
Clas Thott has over 15 years of experience in marketing. Clas started their career as a Marketing Manager at Cadbury plc. In 2005 and then moved to Hilding Anders International AB in 2008 as a Global Marketing Manager. Clas was promoted to Vice President Marketing at Hiab in 2013 and then to Marketing Director at AkzoNobel in 2018.
During their time as Chief Marketing Officer / CMO at Duni Group, they led 29% growth with our largest food packaging category Boxes & bowls to enhance both company sales and profitability. Additionally, they headed digital transformation from traditional to digital marketing in record time frame of 3 months

Clas Thott has a Master of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Lund University. Clas also has a Customer Value programme from IMD Business School Lausanne. In addition, they have certification from LinkedIn in CMO Foundations: Measuring Marketing Effectiveness (ROI), The Practices of High-Performing Employees, Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan, Executive Leadership, Strategic Planning Foundations, Aligning Sales and Marketing, Marketing Foundations, and Writing a Marketing Plan.
