James Boddy is a Digital Workspace Engineer at Dunelm, responsible for managing and supporting multiple client devices. Prior to this, James worked as a Batch Mainframe Operator at Santander UK, overseeing batch jobs and incident management. James also has experience in IT Helpdesk support at Alliance & Leicester, and hardware/software telephony support at Capita. James attended Loughborough College and Ratcliffe College for their education.
