Wallis Xie is an experienced finance and IT professional with a strong background in management roles. Currently serving as IT Commercial Manager and previously as Business Performance and Planning Manager at Dunedin City Council since October 2017, Wallis has demonstrated expertise in optimizing business operations. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at NHNZ from June 2012 to September 2017 and as Senior Accountant at Cook North & Wong Ltd from March 2005 to June 2012. Wallis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Otago, completed between 2001 and 2004.
