Terri Cook

Vice President - Operations at Duncan Solutions

Terri Cook has a rich and varied work experience. Terri started their career as an Instructor and Consultant at Blackhawk Technical College from 2001 to 2004. Terri then joined TDS in 1992 as the Director Technical Customer Operations, leading a team of 400 people and managing a budget of $12M until 2009. Terri then worked as the Call Center Manager at The Connection from 2010 to 2011, where they successfully established and managed the Rockford location. Following that, they joined Charter Communications as the Director - Customer Care from 2011 to 2014. Lastly, they joined Duncan Solutions in 2014 as the Vice President - Operations.

Terri Cook pursued their education at Saint Michael's College from 1992 to 1997, earning a Master of Science in Strategy and Planning.
