Jon Walters is an experienced professional in implementation, training, and technical support, currently serving as an Implementation and Training Specialist, City Analyst, and Senior Technician at Duncan Solutions since April 2014. Prior to this role, Jon worked at QuadTech from February 2011 to April 2014, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and maintaining finishing and press equipment as a Field Service Engineer and supporting finishing operations. Jon's earlier experience includes managerial duties at RadioShack from March 2010 to February 2011 and a sales associate position at Best Buy from October 2008 to March 2010.
