Mark Byrne has over 20 years of work experience in finance and executive roles. Mark is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at Duncan Solutions, a leading provider of integrated parking and guidance technologies. In 2020, they managed the sale of a business division within Duncan Solutions to new investors.

Prior to joining Duncan Solutions, Mark served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cryosite Limited, where they led the company through significant changes, including the closure of certain services. Mark initially joined Cryosite as the Chief Financial Officer before stepping up to the CEO role.

Mark also has experience at Appen, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Appen is a language technology data and services provider with a global presence. Prior to Appen, they worked as the Finance Director & Company Secretary at Guthy Renker Australia, where they successfully grew the business's revenue.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Inmarsat, a global satellite operator, and BD, a subsidiary of Becton Dickinson, a multinational healthcare and consumer company. In these roles, they achieved milestones such as the listing of Inmarsat on the London Stock Exchange and implementing SAP into the local business at BD.
