Jeff Bart is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in recruitment and creative design. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Duncan Channon since May 2021, Jeff collaborates with hiring managers across departments to source and prescreen candidates while developing strategies to attract both active and passive talent. Previously, Jeff worked as a Production Artist at Publicis from 1999 to 2009, where artistic skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat were utilized to produce print-ready materials for high-profile brands. Earlier in their career, Jeff was the Vocational Program Director at California Autism Foundation from 1988 to 1997, overseeing program development and staff management to support clients with autism. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Geography from California State University, Chico, and has furthered education at the Center for Electronic Arts and Santa Rosa Junior College.
