Jeff Orr began their work experience in 2016 as an Inside Sales Representative at Tesla Energy Solar Power. Jeff held this role until November 2017. In 2018, Jeff joined Dunbar as an Account Specialist, focusing on restoring lines of communication with inactive account owners and providing strategies for unclaimed property needs. In 2019, they founded their own musical group called Jeff & The Orrganics, where they serve as the lead singer, songwriter, and creator. Additionally, Jeff is the founder, lead singer, and rhythm guitarist of the Catfish John Band, a group that pays tribute to the music of The Grateful Dead.

Jeff Orr attended Penn State University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Political Science and Government, but did not complete their degree.
