Zoltan Orosz is an experienced production management professional with a proven track record in leading teams and optimizing manufacturing processes. Currently serving as Production Manager at Serioplast since March 2022, Zoltan oversees a substantial workforce, ensuring high-quality production through the implementation of the 5S method and effective balance between production and maintenance. Previously, Zoltan held various roles at Coloplast from August 2018 to February 2022, including Production Supervisor and Process Development Engineer, where responsibilities included capacity planning, monitoring performance indicators, and introducing LEAN tools. Zoltan’s career also includes ten years at Eissmann Group Automotive, where leadership extended over a team of 250 individuals, focusing on manpower planning and workflow optimization.
