Rohan Kerr has extensive experience in operational management and technical services within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of NA Technical Services at WestRock Company since September 2020, Rohan oversees the operations of the North American customer service team, parts sales, and technical services. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Operations at Microcopy Dental, along with a series of managerial positions at Rovema North America, where Rohan focused on enhancing operational efficiencies and cost control. Rohan's earlier experience at Smurfit Stone involved project management for machinery installations across North America and Latin America, while initial roles included service technician responsibilities at Mead Containerboard and maintenance work for F-16 aircraft with the USAF. Rohan holds both a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
