Mel Hughes is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager at Dulwich Hamlet Football Club since July 2021, overseeing stadium and club operations. Prior to this role, Mel held various positions in the fashion industry, including Trimmings Product Developer at Karen Millen from May 2005 to September 2019, where responsibilities included sourcing and developing raw materials in line with KPIs and quality standards. Earlier experience includes roles as Trimmings Buyer at Fashion Group and Assistant Trimmings Buyer at The Windsmoor Group, along with management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at RJ Home Stores and a Homeware Assistant at The Pier. Mel holds an HND in Graphic Design from the University of Plymouth, completed between 1992 and 1994.
