Tim Balliet has over 20 years of experience in business consulting and executive management roles. Tim has worked as the Director of Technology at Duluth Trading Company since May 2011. Prior to that, Tim was the Principal at Elementos, LLC from 2009 to 2011. Tim also served as the Director of Technology at DEMCO, Inc. from 1996 to 2009, where they oversaw the IS division and managed a team of 14 staff members. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Grant Thornton and as an Account Manager at IBM.

Tim Balliet obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin between 1978 and 1983.
