Sarah Naylor IRRV(tech) has extensive experience in legal compliance and business development within the enforcement industry, currently serving as Co-Chair at Women in Revenues and Enforcement since May 2024 and President of the Civil Enforcement Association Limited since April 2022. Sarah has held various roles at Dukes Bailiffs Limited since July 2015, progressing from Legal and Compliance Manager to Sales Director, overseeing bid writing, workplace policy updates, and ensuring legal compliance. Sarah's contributions have led to significant accreditations such as Investors in People Gold. Educational qualifications include an IRRV Level 3 in Local Taxation and a degree in European & International Law from The University of Sheffield, alongside a year at Tilburg University. Previous work experience includes positions at Hextalls Ltd, where Sarah gained insights into legal research and court proceedings, and a role as a Sales Assistant at The Trentham Estate.
