Ian Ferguson has extensive management experience in the public and private sectors, currently serving as Customer Development Manager at Dukes Bailiffs Limited since January 2023. Prior roles include Income Recovery Manager at believe housing from February 2017 to April 2022, Business Development Manager at JBW Group for a brief period in 2016, and Revenues and Benefits Manager at both Durham County Council and Derwentside District Council from 2009 to 2016 and 2003 to 2009, respectively. Ian also held various positions at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council from 1988 to 2002. Ian holds a Master’s Degree in Management Development from Northumbria University, completed between 2008 and 2011, and received education at Richard Hind Secondary from 1970 to 1975.
