Nadima Kausar has been working in the technology industry for over 15 years. Nadima began their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at McKesson. In 2012, they moved to Allscripts as a Senior Engineer. In 2015, they assumed the role of CEO at Duke Tech Solutions Inc., where they currently work.

Nadima Kausar has a Master in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they earned an Engineering degree in Electrical from Jamia Millia Islamia between 1988 and 1992.
