Currently serving as a Senior Telecom Analyst and Transport Network Engineer at Duke Energy Corporation since 2013, Jay's career includes significant positions at Progress Energy as a NOC Technician, NOC Coordinator, and Transport Network Engineer from 2001 to 2012. Earlier roles also include Lead NOC Technician at Intermedia Communications Inc and National TAC Engineer at NEC America Inc.
