Hayat Kemal currently serves as an Associate HR Consultant at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities also encompass roles as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator since December 2021. Prior to this position, Hayat worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Alternative Behavior Strategies Inc. from August 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Social Media Manager at the African American Museum of History and Culture at Loray Mill from November 2019 to April 2021. Hayat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American/Black Studies from the University of Florida.
