Natasha Mahlathi is a Program Manager at Duke Corporate Education since February 2023, overseeing two women's development programmes: Women Leading the Energy Sector and Women in Power. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Moving Tactics South Africa, and Digital Media Coordinator at Deviare, along with a Customer Success Manager and Training Coordinator role focused on the implementation of the National 4IR Skills Development Programme in KwaZulu-Natal. Natasha has also worked as an Office Administrator at REGUS and a Trainee at The Cortex Hub, where involvement in the "Women Hackers Unite Hackathon/Conference" showcased project management skills. Natasha earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Bachelor of Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walter Sisulu University.
