Clare Duggan has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Clare began their career in 1995 as an Implementation Consultant at Marketing Information Systems, Inc. Clare then moved to Marketing Information Systems as an Account Services Director in 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they were the European Account Services Director – Consulting and Support at MSM Systems Europe. During this time, they managed consulting and support teams responsible for the satisfaction and profitability of more than 50 accounts across Europe. From 1998 to 2002, they were a Senior Business Consultant at Firepond, where they analyzed potential accounts' requirements and defined appropriate solutions. Clare then moved to SAS Institute in 2002, where they were a Business Solution Manager and was commercially responsible for the sale of the SAS Customer Intelligence portfolio to customers in the Netherlands. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Senior Application Consultant at Aprimo. Finally, they are currently the CEO of Duggan Sisters since 2009.

Clare Duggan began their education in 1983 at St. Ignatius (Chicago), graduating in 1987. Clare then attended Loyola University Chicago from 1987 to 1992, earning a B.A. in History, Spanish, and Italian. During this time, they also attended the Loyola University Rome Center from 1989 to 1992, studying Italian, History, and Literature.
