Shelley Dunck currently serves as Senior Counsel and Director of Talent Acquisition at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC, since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel at Polsinelli and Of Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group at Gould & Ratner LLP. Shelley has also held the position of Managing Director at McCormack Schreiber Legal Search/Solutions and served as a Randy L. and Melvin R. Berlin Clinical Professor of Business Law and Director of the Business Law Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Early in their career, Shelley worked as a Legal Recruiter at Gunther Group LLC and as Associate General Counsel and First Vice President at Equity Residential. Additional experience includes an Associate position at Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C. and a Real Estate Associate role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Educational credentials include a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
