Cornelio Encarnacion started their work experience in 2010 as a Front Office Supervisor at Sheraton Tribeca New York City. Cornelio then transitioned to the role of Revenue Analyst at the same company in 2011 and continued in that position until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Group Revenue Analyst for Magna Hospitality Group.

In 2014, they joined DoubleTree by Hilton as a Sales Coordinator and stayed until 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2017, they served as an Area Revenue Analyst at RevROC: Revenue Management for Hotels & Resorts. Cornelio then became an Area Director of Revenue Strategy at the same company and held that position until 2019.

In 2019, they joined Duetto as a Manager in Strategic Consulting for a brief period before moving to the role of Manager in Customer Success from 2019 to 2021. Cornelio then took on the position of Senior Customer Success Manager, which they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Customer Success, LATAM at Duetto.

Cornelio Encarnacion, CRME CHDM, completed their education in a sequential manner. Cornelio started their education at Hudson County Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts & Hotel Management. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at CUNY New York City College of Technology, graduating between 2013 and 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Cornelio Encarnacion has obtained various certifications. In December 2019, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) certification from SuccessHACKER. Following that, in July 2020, they earned the Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from HSMAI. Most recently, in May 2021, they obtained the Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) certification, also from HSMAI.
