Monica Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as career development. Currently serving as the Owner of Monica Parker Organizing, Monica provides organizing and decluttering services in the Atlanta and Savannah metro areas. In addition, Monica is an Executive Coach at DueCourse and Chief, facilitating programs for associates and women in the C-suite, respectively. Previously, Monica directed D&I efforts at Bracewell LLP and Gensler, and led Rainier Scholars as Acting Executive Director, managing a substantial budget and operations. With a strong background in professional development, Monica authored two career-focused books and has held leadership roles in various organizations, enhancing their expertise in fostering talent and implementing effective strategies. Monica holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Harvard University.
