Mayank Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Mayank is currently working as a Director of Engineering at Brightly since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Engineering at Brightly from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Brightly, Mayank worked at SHL as a Senior Manager of Engineering and QA from January 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they specialized in front-end technologies and also worked as a Full Stack Developer. Mayank was responsible for leading the UI function for the India office, leading technical areas of the company's products, and implementing cloud-native architectures. Mayank also collaborated with various teams to ensure smooth delivery and contribute to future roadmaps.

Prior to SHL, Mayank worked at Annik Technology Services as a Technology Consultant from January 2014 to July 2015, Grasshoppers India Pvt. Ltd. as a Web Designer from July 2013 to December 2013, Picasso International Animation College as an E-Marketing Executive from May 2012 to February 2013, and Amiable Technologies as a Graphic Web Designer from August 2011 to August 2012.

Mayank Tripathi completed their B.Sc in Multimedia Technology from Punjab Technical University from 2010 to 2013. The field of study for the degree was Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Prior to that, they attended Lucknow Public School, Lucknow from 1995 to 2010, where they studied Computer Science but did not obtain a specific degree. In addition to their formal education, Mayank Tripathi has obtained certifications in "Learning Jenkins" and "Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design" from LinkedIn, in November 2021 and October 2021 respectively.
